Michael Conlon

Michael was born in Iowa and is an avid Hawkeyes Fan; he spent most of his formative educational years in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from St. Johns University,with a Degree in Finance and Business Administration from St. John’s University which is one of the last all male colleges in the United States and is run by the largest order of Benedictine Monks in the World. After Graduation Michael was offered a position in the US Congress ,House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide and lived in D.C. After his brief stint in politics, he moved back to Minnesota to work in the Private Sector as a National Sales Manager for a large capital equipment firm and began taking coursework towards his MBA at the College of St. Thomas. In his spare time Michael pursued his Private Pilot’s License; logging as many hours as time and more importantly money would allow (ha) In 2000 he decided with a business partner to launch a Mortgage and Title Company which quickly grew to 35 employees with locations in four states.
When the financial tsunami hit in 2007, Michael launched a holding company called Global Bridge Holdings which was designed as a Project Diagnostic Company helping assist and facilitate funding through non-traditional means for wealthy investors that were looking for new opportunities. Global Bridge Holdings provides due diligence, contract negotiation and vetting of projects. With Capital Markets cooling off ; their focus then turned to private individuals and consumers that were looking to restructure their current debt loads.Global Bridge Holdings not only does Debt Settlement,Foreclosure Defense, Credit Repair and Asset Protection. They also represent a Private Equity Firm that is lending money to individuals and Business’s that cannot obtain traditional Bank Financing. Global Bridge Holdings primary focus and concentration is helping individuals negotiate with their Lender as it relates to their Foreclosure Proceedings; by imploring many tactics and strategy negotiations.it all starts with obtaining a Forensic Mortgage Audit to counter sue Banks for all of the Mortgage Fraud that has occurred. This is the leverage piece that Homeowners need from an unbiased third party.
In his spare time Michael enjoys boating,reading,singing,college and pro football,playing basketball and tennis,scuba diving and enjoying all that Florida has to offer. He loves being on the water! A few fun facts about Michael, he was recognized by Sean Hannity of Fox News as an “Outstanding American” for his work with children of fallen troops. He loves traveling, meeting new people and loving life!
As some of you know; his family recently purchased the “ Field of Dreams” with local Baseball legend Wade Boggs. Movie rights,fields,the farmhouses,merchandising,etc ..and they plan on building the largest outdoor baseball facility in the United States…”If you build it they will come!” His families Business Conlon Construction Company is still thriving and is a big part of the Dubuque Community
