After I graduated from High School I met and married Kay Kariya from Blackfoot. He was a career sailor home on leave. Met him on March 31st and married him on April 18th. I had 35 fabulous years with him. We traveled from duty station to duty station. We had a daughter who is married now with 3 daughters of her own now. Being a Grandma is the best. But I'm sure most of you agree.
After serving in the Navy for 22 years Kay decided to retire. He then taught ROTC for another 22 years. We had purchased a home in Simi Valley, CA where I'm still living. I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2000 and he was my rock, my everything. He saw me thru the worst and when I got a clean bill of health he was diagnosed with Lung CA. Kay passed away in 2003 which was way to soon.
I was a stay at home mom for the first 14 years of our marriage and enjoyed every minute of it. Then one day I decided I needed to go to work. I worked in the medical field until 2014 when I retired. I started with a large medical group as an administrator. When that group went under, I went to work for a smaller medical group. I was a clinical trials administrator and I loved my job. It was so interesting and challenging. After my husband passed away it was my sanctuary. I got a call asking me to come back to work, so back I went from 2018 until May of 2022.
Now I'm Officially retired!! I love to travel, spend time in my garden, ride my bike and do yoga. I have a special man in my life again so Life is Good! My daughter Gina is the Mama to my 3 wonderful granddaughters. The oldest is getting married in August, the middle one got married last April and the youngest just got her mission calling. Looking forward to seeing all of you and catching up.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
