Today's Featured Biography
Jane Margaret Aguhob
Greetings fellow alumni from McCluer 1993,
I hope this finds you doing well in life.
After graduation from highschool, I went to Baylor University for 1 year. Then moved to Columbia, MO for another year. I took break for a semester, that has lasted a bit longer than I expected.
I moved to Lexington, KY in September 1996. I was working full-time as an adminstrative assistant in various departments in the University of Kentucky. In March 1999, I was able to find a more permanent job as an adminstrative assistant with the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Within the department, I moved from being an adminstrative assistant to a billing and health analynst in 2000. As a Billing and Health analynst, I bill for the physician fees in our Out-Patient and In-Patient facilities using coding books. I have been with the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation for about 5 1/2 years.
In the beginning of 2004, I began taking classes again. I am a certified nursing assistant in the state of Kentucky. In the fall, I will begin working towards my bachelors of science degree in nursing to become a registered nurse. I am looking forward to going on medical mission trips in the future.
I'm single and have no kids, but in time that will come. There is no rush. God has a plan for my life and I need to be a patient person. Most of my family now lives in Lexington, KY. I have loved living here in the state of Kentucky.
