Renee Baker Erickson
Hi everyone,
Wow, this is so awesome reading about all of you and what you've been up to for 20 years. I can't wait to see you this summer. Todd B. your picture with your new little girl is great. I would love to put my picture on this site, but with all the gray I have in my hair, it reflects too much off the screen. Anna Krause Kern says she could take care of that for me before the reunion. Who knows, maybe I'll be blond.(NOT)
Well, life has been very busy, but great for me and my crew.
Tim and I live on about 11 acres of land 10 miles outside of Fergus Falls. Both of us are Teachers at the Fergus Falls Middle School. That's right, I teach Health (sex, drugs and rock-n-roll) to 165 walking hormores everyday. There is NEVER a dull moment with 7th and 8th graders. Tim teaches in the Alternative classroom. Difficult kids at times, but he is great at his job. Our two kids, Aly is 15 and Dylan just turned 14 today, keep us pretty busy. Aly is involved with volleyball, (yup, she's a big hitter, just like her Mom) sychronized swimming, pitches on the fastpitch team for the high school and is on the student council. Dylan is in the school play, football and I think this spring is going to try golf. Both are great kids. We are all into music and our hobby is going to concerts. As a matter of fact, I've ran into a few of you at some of them. In the summer, we raise chickens and have lots of parties. We have one every year called "Harvest Fest" This year it will be on Sept. 16th. Put it on your calander. If you in the area, stop by. I have been working on my Masters in Education and am set to graduate on April 30th. I can't wait. Now I know how the kids feel about too much homework!! I am also the coach of the varsity Volleyball and Softball teams. It is a blast, but getting old and shown up by all the kids is tough. Well, I'd better go. Hope everyone is doing great and I hope to see you this summer. Love, Bakes
