After graduating from AHS I received my A.S from ACC in Accouting and my B.A. in Management/Marketing from Susquehanna University, Selingsgrove, PA.
I relocated to NC after graduation and lived in Winston-Salem, NC before coming back to NJ in 1985. Currently, I live in Vineland, NJ.
In 1997 I was hired by the New Jersey Department of Corrections (NJDOC) as a Corrections Officer.
In 2000 I was promoted as an Investigator in the NJDOC Special Investigations Division (SID) and attended the NJ Divison of Criminal Justice Academy in Sea Girt, NJ. In 2001 I was again promoted, this time to Sr. Investigator. Presently I am waiting to be promoted to Principal Investigator which could happen at anytime now. Retirement date is 6/7/2021 not that i am counting or anything!!!
Right now I am assigned to South Woods State Prison, Bridgeton, NJ. Sadly, I know of 2 AHS classmates that have been incarcerated in the NJDOC during my tenure. Very sad to see someone you know from the past encounter such difficult circumstances.
In 2002 I developed an interest in cycling.
Since 2005 I have been racing on the bike and have been a state podium placer on 5 occasions. Hopefully can win one state championship before retiring from racing!
In 2008 a good friend of mine and I started Paramount Cycling Club. Our website is paramountcycling.com Very proud of the club, its members and what the club has given back to the community.
