Today's Featured Biography
Colleen anguish
After graduation in 96, I attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1996-current. In that time, i have earned a Associates of fine arts in illustration (98), Bachelor of fine arts, graphic design (00), Bachelors of fine arts illustration (03), and i am working on my thesis currently for my masters degree in fine arts (multidiscipline), which i expect to complete in the next year.
While i live and maintain a studio in Rochester ny, i work in Blasdell ny at Krepe Kraft inc, as Creative director/Asst Marketing director of partybasics,com. my job includes being head designer/artist, product development, marketing, and other various business and marketing responsibilites. i currently have my own exclusive line of greeting cards through my company and will be launching my own collection of characters which will be available on many stationary products, expect to see this in the fall of 04.
otherwise, besides my education and career, i do maintain a studio in rochester where i still work as a fine artist, primarily painting and a printmaker in non-toxic. i also freelance as a illustrator and creative consultant as well.
i have no children yet, i have a wonder man in my life, and enjoy all the things my hard work has allowed me,
i have no plans to relocate back to buffalo ny, once promising never to return, you can imagine my job pays me enough to drive the hour to work everyday :)
