WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING.
I am so very fortunate in my employment to be managing 2 of the most recognized clinical laboratories in the world. We are also a teaching laboratory for the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
So many good things have been happening in my life, In August 2007, my son Ryan and I started a video production business. We film fashion shows and most of them are for charity. Ryan is my videographer/editor for our business.
In May 2008, I was honored by Southwestern Publishing as "HOT MAMA 2008" and appeared in the following magazines...Downtown Oklahoma City, NW Style, Nichols Hills News, Edmond Monthly, and Norman Living.
I am in several charitable organizations. a non-profit United Way agency called COINS (Central Oklahoma Integrated Network Systems) they provide health care for poor, uninsured and underinsured patients. I became involved with this organization to help patients in need.
I now serve on the board of directors for COINS.
In April 2008 I was asked to join The Oklahoma Hospitality Club, we are a women's charitable organization.
Currently I am organizing 5 fundraising events in the next 6 months. The charitable events are for the above organizations.
In my leisure time I attend art shows, film festivals, music festivals, and fashion shows. I enjoy cooking, fine dining, wine, I love watching college and pro football and motorsport racing. I also spend 6 mornings a week running 3.5 miles/day including weight training.
I am currently single, I have 4 cats, own a home in northwest Oklahoma City which I have redecorated and landscaped. I recently purchased a new sports car that I have great fun driving!
