Today's Featured Biography
Todd Smith
Currently living and working (self employed) in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
I graduated from Clemson in 1992, from Business School (UCLA) in 2000, and from Int'l Biz School (Thunderbird) in 2001.
I own a real estate brokerage, and a consulting practice, Blue Horizon Venture Consulting, where I help people start businesses and raise capital. I actively invest in real estate and other entrepreneurial ventures.
I have a book, "The Adventure Consultant, Tales From the Entrepreneurial Trail" due out in July/August 2013. Check it out - you might be in it!
My wife Debra and I were married in St. John, USVIs in February of 2010. Our daughter, Bayley is due to join us July 4th, 2013...what old parents we'll be, with 84 years of life experience to share with her! My beloved 14-yr-old golden retriever, TJ, passed away last year and our 11 year old insane mutt, Jazz, is still rockin' and rollin'!
I've lived in places like Australia, Chile, Vermont, New Orleans, Los Angeles, New York, Raleigh, and Phoenix, before settling in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Some of my past adventures include cycling across the U.S., limping through a few marathons, climbing most of Mt. Rainier, cycling 600 miles down the coast of FL in 8 days (at the age of 42)driving to Alaska with TJ, and a driving expedition to Argentina. Be careful, or I just might try to talk you into something at the reunion!!
