Our Class Message Board

We would like to hear from you. Post your messages here.
I am retired and living in sunny California
and have been for years and years. I moved
to California and have raised my family and
now just spend time with my 3 dogs and 3
cats and have one son still at home with my
husband and me.
I enjoyed working for "Ma Bell" for 34 years
which was long enough to see the computer
take over most of our work. But it was a very
enjoyable career and sometimes I truly feel
lost without a "mission" to take on.
I have 5 grandchildren and 5 great grand-
children which are mostly located back in the
midwest. It is a pleasure though to have them
come to California to visit and just have
lots of fun with.
My husband, Glenn, is also at home and we do
manage to stay out of each other's hair for
the most part but it's very nice to finally
have to time to do things together. For 15
of the years I worked, it was on the night
shift so there was not a lot of time to do
much of anything except try to get enough
sleep to face 8 hours of work. Still, I did
enjoy working in the wee hours.
I wish I could say we do a lot of traveling
but we don't....our son has enjoyed a career
of being a professional in-line skater and
has traveled the world for us. He has been
to Europe and most of our states and is now
semi-retired and taking up a career in being
a videographer. So now he is the one filming
sporting events.
Otherwise that is about it. I must say it was
such a pleasure getting the website from a
relative who lives back in Milwaukee and
seeing so many old, old classmates. Hope to
be able to see and hear more of what has
happened to everyone. Unfortunately my hus-
band is blind and we will not be able to
attend the reunion. However, I send my best
wishes to everyone that is left out there
and once again, thank you for all the memor-
ies.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
