I came to Hialeah in 1952 and have been in Florida ever since. Attended Hialeah Junior High going on to Hialeah Senior High until October 1956. Due to circumstances beyond my control I transferred to Miami Senior High. I was not alone, recently many of us have reunited with the friendships that we made in our adolescent years.
I was married for 44 years to William Fincannon. He passed in 2002. We had 2 children. Jeanne and Kathleen. I have 3 grandchildren Casey, Christopher and Jessica. There are 5 great grandchildren- Casey has 3 boys and a girl.Tanner, Bayler, Asher and Randi. Christopher has a boy named Pryde Michael Arrington.
I presently work part-time in the Florida Keys and active in the U.S.C.G. Auxiliary in Islamorada currently Vice Flotilla Commander.
I love to travel and do so whenever my work permits. God and I have this plan. Never know where He will lead me next.
