Round Lake High School Fight Song
Oh, let all schools that stand throughout the land
Put up their banners proud and high.
We will extend to all a friendly hand;
The bonds of friendship let us tie.
But out of all the schools that fight for fame,
There’s only one that will remain:
And that is Round Lake, Round Lake, here’s to you.
We will not fail you, maize and blue.
Hit’em high! Hit’em low! Go team go!
But when they take the roll of fighting schools
They’ll find there’s one above them all.
For it is maize and blue that proudly rules.
Before our colors, all will fall.
FIGHT!!

Today's Featured Biography
Dolores Martinez Tilton
Hello Everyone,
I will be married to Todd for 18 years in April of 2010. I met Todd at Abbott Labs in Abbott Park Il. I was a secretary and He was a computer geek. The first thing I noticed was his thick red hair, it was love at first sight. He had a son and he was 3 at the time that I met him. (Brandon). I knew within about 2 weeks that I was going to marry him...but he didn't have a clue! We met when we were just turning 30. He is also class of 1979 in the town of Lowell Indiana, yes you guessed it....Lowell High School. I was married once before but only for 3 years but I never had children. Todd loved kids and so did I, so we decided to have a few. I was very fortunate to have raised them for about 16 year as a full time mom. It was challenging at times and still is especially when you have (soon) 3 teenage daughters. My daughter Tatum who is now 17 has surprised us with some news that she is pregnant. She has been dating this same boy since she was 15...and a very nice boy I may add ....somethings you just can't control...His parents are very nice and supportive also. Zac 's mom comes from a huge family of 8 sibilings and his father was adopted. I have been keeping a very positive attitude about it, this will be our first Grandchild and I can't believe that I will be a grandmother. The baby is due on february 22nd and the young in love couple have decided that they don't want to know the sex yet. My husband is also very supportive to our daughter. I always knew that Todd was going to be a wonderful husband and father. On to another subject...me. I am presently a nursing student and I will be graduating in December of this year. I have always wanted to be a nurse since I was in my 20's so I am fulfilling a dream of mine. It has been a challenging few years but so worth all the effort I put into it. I work as a nursing assistant at Good Samaritan and I love my patients! I love caring for others, it is very rewarding to me. We now live in Lombard Ill and we have been here since 2000. My father passed away in 2008 and my mom and sister Nancy also live in Lombard. My brother Phil who use to run The Round Lake Music Store lives with mom. He was diagnosed with MS about 6 years ago. I have a brother Richard who has lived in New York since he was 17 and is a very successful Musician and writes music for movies.( you can visit his website at lightbodymusic.com for a look at his career if you would like) I like to brag about him because he is doing what he loves and I think thats what we should all be doing in a perfect world! I want our kids to learn that you need to do what you love and yes it will take a lot of hard work...but it will be worth it! So anyway, I think I wrote enough for now and it is 1 in the morning...so I should get at lest 5 hours of sleep before I have to get up 4 of my children. One last thing that I am very proud of is that I RAN the chicago marathon 26.2 MILES in 2008....THAT WAS A TRIP!....So much fun to run through the city of chicago...is was awesome! My husband ran it also in 2007,08 and just ran it in 2009 with a time of 4:55 which was 1 hour better then he ran it last year...I am so proud of him. For me once was enough...I trained from March 2008 until the day of the race on October 12th. It was so worth it...Is there anyone out there that ran the marathon? Would love to hear about your experience! Thanks for listening awhile and hope to hear from some of you who knew me back in the RLHS day! Dolores

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
