CLASS OF 1963 55-YEAR REUNION:
Please let us know which of these two week-ends is your vote for our 55th Class Reunion. We have several things in mind and need to firm up the dates as soon as possible with caterers and venues. Let us know soon. Looking forward to a great time!!!!

Monthly Mini Reunion at El Toro 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM
These are pictures taken at our monthly El Toro WHS'63 get together. We meet at 6:00PM the first Tuesday every month. This time we had Lynn (Duncan) Bivens join us as she was in the area from Tennessee. If any of you want to join us we would be glad to see you. Let me know if you will be in the area and I'll give you directions.

Born at Wright-Pat hospital while Dad was stationed in Lubbock Texas. Started school in Ohio. Family moved to San Diego California in 1951, went to Silvergate elementary school. Family moved to Los Angeles,(Eagle Rock), attended Eagle Rock elementary school. Was active in the Cub Scouts. First became interested in woodworking when I made a Santa's Sleigh at Christmas. Family returned to Dayton Ohio in 1956. We lived with Aunt Nona & Uncle Carl Woodworth in Dayton until our new home was completed in Huber Heights. Started school at Titus elementary in 6th grade, graduated from Wayne High school in 1963. Played trumpet in the Wayne band from 8th grade through Senior year. Lettered 5 years. Delivered the Dayton Daily News from 1957 thru 1962. Went to Ohio State University for 1 year in Wholesale management. Started to work at Delco Moraine then Frigidaire in 1964. married Sandy Brookey the girl I met on the corner of Leston & Lemoyne while I was delivering my paper route. Joined the Army on 6/6/1966 basic training at Fort Benning Georgia. Was stationed at Fort Bliss Texas and graduated from Nike Missile Radar Electronic School. Our first child Ron was born at Wright-Pat 10/13/1966. Sandy and Ron joined me in Texas in November 1966. Was stationed in Neidenbach Germany from 3/1/1968 thru 5/15/1969. Sandy and Ron joined me on July 1, 1968. I played lead Flugel Horn in a German Firemen's Band. Returned to work at Frigidaire in July 1969. Purchased our first home and moved into it 1/1/70. Started my Electronic Dimensional Control apprenticeship 9/14/70. Our second child Mike was born 11/29/1972. Joined the Masons and received my first three degrees in Stillwater Lodge #616 in 1973. Entered Foreman's training 9/6/75. Our third child Joy was born 10/2/1975. Was Master of Huber Heights Lodge #777 in 1985-1986. Worked for General Motors for 30 years and retired on February 1, 1995. I enjoy woodworking, camping, computer graphics, family tree research, reading the bible and visiting with friends. Served as secretary of Huber Heights Lodge from June 1995 until November 1998. Was elected to serve as Master again 1998 - 1999. My son Michael received his three Degrees and was my Inspection candidate, and I presented my father Peyton his 50 year pin. In September of 1999 Sandy joined me in retirement. We bought a new 24' 2000 Hi-Lo travel trailer in June and started our travels. National Parks, Lighthouses, and visiting friends and relatives has been a blessing for us.
