INTRODUCTION
Perfect Leadership/The Precession of Beauty relates the experience of leadership from the essence of the individual.
Perfect means complete or to bring to completion. Leadership is the power to define and the force to guide your essence through your experience. The essence of each individual, called Beauty, connects all of us through our individual blend, for example, of energy, intelligence, truth, confidence, and humility.
An evolving business can develop individual leadership talents not as well as the organization, but AS the organization. Perfect Leadership/The Precession of Beauty is the process of becoming more aware of NOW, with the past and future converging in your presence, associating the horizon with current challenges. Through beauty, you express your leadership at will and beyond the conditions of your environment.
Perfect Leadership/The Precession of Beauty emerges from your essence, through the association to now, and into the experience that evolves as you.
BOOK EXCERPT
...we are living in a fluid period of technological innovation. Almost all of these advances, however, remain within the exclusive reach of a select few in the society. The rest of us feel fortunate when these opportunities finally trickle down close enough for us to purchase them. But the open and aware mind that creates possibilities is not restricted to any one person or groups of people. More and more, the evolution of greatness is coming from the historically destitute, downtrodden, and disregarded. Additionally, this evolution is without regard to political, social, or religious realm.
The present condition or, rather, the evident beauty of a people sets the standard for their thinking and being. It is a slow, negligible process until the crushing weight and moment of duty rolls upon your shoulders. Then the game gets interesting. No longer a bystander or grandstander, now you are the one, the token or torch passed to your hand, just as you always wanted. Or never wanted. But the responsibility for the beauty of the present moment has always been yours; only now you are more alive and present with it. Nothing has happened or changed externally that was not first evolved internally. Nothing. No one. We are not going forward or backward—we are either going to be more present with transcendent beauty or we are going to cease to exist. So we must transcend the changes, channeling ourselves into a presence more full
of beauty, realizing what we will as leaders within our personal revolutions...
...And although many people are now coming forth aware and ready for new presence, we are yet infants in our capabilities. Like a small baby, we are actively aware of sounds, lights, colors, and people but our discernment, motion, and strength are not fully developed. So we can somewhat identify ‘what’ is happening but we cannot relate or command the causes and effects...
...The age of atonement has come. We need not experience deprivation of our dimensional gifts to heighten our present value. But we must eliminate the vanity that deifies or demonizes the challenges to our destiny. In this way, we humbly submit to the beauty within that perceives and produces certainty. And each of us becomes the re-presentation of beauty that is intended for our being...
...As a practical exercise, for example, try to concentrate on one thing completely—right now. Through this practice, you begin to reduce the mental distractions that deter you from conscious observation, the first phase of the Perfect process. Initially in this exercise, the focused-upon object may be a trivial matter—but that does not matter. The intent is to train the faculty of concentration. For once we have isolated the frenetic mind upon one item or subject, we can observe through and past this subject into a focused, expectant consciousness. This is an instance of precession, a moment of perfection…and the emergence of beauty...
