Meya Kenneybrew Gentry
Hi everyone...
Meya here!!
What to say, where to begin?! I can't believe it's already been 10 yrs (almost).
After graduation, I went out to the University of Southern California for a year, and then came back to George Mason & NOVA. I'm studying Exercise Science, Physical Education, & Physical Therapy. I have put off finishing my degrees until all my kids are old enough for school.
I've been married for 5 years and we have 3 beautiful hyperactive kids... 2 boys and a girl. :o)
For the past 4 years I've been a Group Ex Instructor for PWC. I teach classes at Dale City Rec Center and Dale City Sport & Health. I've just recently started teaching a new class called ZUMBA! It's a hi/lo intensity latin dance based aerobics class. You should check out my website for more info, and drop in on one of my classes. I'd love to see all of you again (even before the reunion)!
As big as I am on Health & Fitness, I'm also a big Breast Cancer Awareness Supporter!! I particpated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Apr 06, in which I walked 39 miles in honor of my mother who is now a BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR!! I have also signed up for the next walk which will take place in May 07.
Well, I guess that's about all I have to say right now. I am so anxious and excited about the reunion coming up in June. I can't wait to see everyone again!!!
Drop me a line sometime... I'd be more than happy to keep in touch. I'm still quite the talker!!! Also, if you live in the Woodbridge/Stafford area... I'd love to get together some time.
