35 Year Reunion Announcement!
What a great time we had at the 30th this past weekend! Thank you for all those that traveled near and far to attend. Watch for photos here and on our facebook page - MEHS class of 1987.
We are already talking about the 35th in the fall of 2022! Most likely based around East Homecoming weekend in October. Please keep your profile here updated and spread the word for other to do so as well. We hope to do 100% better at reaching everyone for the 35th.
Well, I'm addicted to the class of '87 reunion site. I check it out daily, and have read and re-read everyone's biographies.(The music that comes on still makes me jump everytime I log on!)I'm bummed that I won't be able to make it to the bash.I'll be in Madison for the entire week before (June 30th - July 8th) - so if anyone is interested in meeting for happy hour, e-mail me and we'll work out a date and place. I would love to see all of you!
In regards to what I've been up to - where do I start? The more appropriate question would be, what have I NOT been up to? I'll give you all the "basic" details, (I'll save the juicy ones for happy hour.)I've been married to my husband, Mark, for almost 7 years. We moved to Medina,OH about 2 years ago for his job promotion.I work in a busy dermatologists office 4 days a week (can't beat that schedule!) We've all adjusted well ~ but I have to admit, whenever someone asks where I'm from (when I'm on vacation - or meeting people for the first time) I still want to answer Madison,WI.I was in Newport, RI last week at a shindig, sitting through a speech being made by Jim Lovell(of Houston, we have a problem fame). When he mentioned that he was from Wisconsin - I almost yelled - GO BUCKY! Ohio is my home, but I left part of my heart in Madison!
Anyway, my son Coty (18) just graduated from high school (yeah!) but is currently driving me crazy because he's just "taking it easy" for awhile. For those of you that don't know what that means, it is getting up AFTER noon, playing a guitar for awhile - maybe a video game, taking a shower to go out to play frisbee disc golf, hacky sack, and whatever else - then coming home AFTER midnight. My husband says I should be patient, after all, we turned out ok!
Meanwhile,my 2 year old son, Bryce is keeping me very busy.Everything is new and exciting. He is currently into birds,The Wiggles, Elmo, going for walks, and not sharing anything.Sometimes nothing around here gets done, but it's because I've already learned that they (we) grow up too fast!
I hope you all have fun at the reunion, but I'm not going to lie - I hope you miss me!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
