Today's Featured Biography
Jessica Schultz Nangalia
I attended UW-Stout for 2 years, running cross-country, along with majoring in Applied Math/Computer Science. Since deciding Comp Sci was not for me, I transferred schools to graduate from UW-Milwaukee with a Finance/Econ major. Milwaukee was wonderful, as I met my husband, Amit while salsa dancing. During that time, I worked for 2 diff. mutual fund servicing companies.
We were married June 06 in Milwaukee in a dual Christian-Hindu wedding, which has helped me learn a lot about the Indian culture. (Amit hails from India) It was funny to see my father repeating Sanskrit words for the ceremony, of which he had no idea what the meaning was! :) Since then, I am delving in learning Indian bollywood & classical dance, language, and of course, cooking tips from my mother-in-law.
Through our love for travel, we have since been blessed with opportunities to travel to Argentina, Peru, India, Africa, & Dubai. And we've now ended up in Ann Arbor, MI where my husband is pursuing his MBA. I've switched gears and am working as an Int'l program coordinator.
If anyone is ever in Ann Arbor, do feel free to look us up, as the city can be pretty exciting during football games. They get a little crazy ~ well, perhaps not this year though! :)
