This year marks the 60th year since we graduated. Can you believe that? Where did the years go?
So we're making big plans to celebrate this milestone. The reunion will be on October 18, 2025, at the Doubletree by Hilton in Claremont, 555 W. Foothill Boulevard, Claremont. Tickets are $60 per person and will include dinner. You can mail your payment to Dennis Pine at 10138 Cherry Croft Drive, Yucaipa, CA 92399 or pay Dennis using Zelle at 9099005059. Please include all guest names if paying for more than one person.
The hotel is offering a reduced room rate for our group if you'd like to stay at the hotel. The rate is $174 per night for a king or two doubles. You can make a reservation at 909-626-2411. Just be sure to mention Chino High School Class of 1965 to receive the discount.
We're also inviting classmates from Classes of 1964 and 1966 to join us. The more the merrier! If you have friends in those classes, let them know.
Please tell all your old classmates about the reunion. Let's get the word out and have a great turnout!

Barbara Smith Gill
Hi
I am a latecomer to class websites like this but thought I should register anyway. I attended Chino Jr High for 2 years then Chino High for Grades 9, 10, and 11. In the summer of 1964, my family moved from Chino to San Diego so I didn't get to complete my final year at Chino with all my classmates.
I was heavily involved in ice skating everyday which meant I didn't have much time to socialize on campus. I was, however, a member of the Treble Tones and was so inspired by Mrs. Richartz that I pursued a BA Music from UCI so I could become a choral teacher just like her. I was hired upon graduation from UCI in 1970 by Anaheim High School District and taught at Apollo Jr High then Lexington Jr High until 1979.
After my mother passed away in 1977 and father in 1979, I decided to move back to Canada where I was born (though lived there for only 9 months before our family moved to California.) I met my husband, Larry, in 1982 and we were married the next year. We celebrated our 40th anniversary this past March with a cruise to Mexico.
I would love to hear from fellow classmates who might still remember me.
