Today's Featured Biography
Ellen Clark
I spent my first 4 years after graduation attending the College of Idaho (now Albertson College) and getting a biology degree. Right after college graduation, I worked my first stint for the Army as a contractor at the National Guard base south of Boise. I also spent almost 4 years on a field study with BSU in the Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area, which includes the NG training area. With all that experience working for the Army, I wound up getting a contract job with the Army in Alaska just before our last reunion. And I’m still there! Specifically, I’m a natural resources specialist, and I get to do all kinds of fun things and call it work. In 1997, I married Rob Gerber who is also from Idaho. We are truly enjoying our Alaskan experience! We have 3 dogs - 2 are Alaskan Huskies - a cat, and a few chickens. I enjoy outdoor activities such as Nordic skiing, biking, hiking and canoeing. We recently bought a river boat, which opens up access to so many areas in this mostly roadless state. We live on 4 acres near a small town that doesn't change much, and it's always a shock when we visit Boise and see all the changes. We still own a house there that we bought 15 years ago and my folks, cousins, aunts, uncles all still live in the Treasure Valley, so I get back there fairly often.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
