Missy Dill Hartman
I went to Johnson County Community College for two years after High School,met my husband there in a Bible study and married in 1980. We moved to Springfield, MO for college.
My husband attended Central Bible College and I attended Evangel College for a short time. We bought our first house and moved to Republic, MO, which is just west of Springfield and lived there for 8 years.
We moved to the Amarillo, TX area as houseparents for Cal Farley's Boys Ranch in 1991 to 1993.
We returned to Springfield, MO in 1993 and I began working as a "Professional Parent" as full time foster mother for disturbed children. Keith worked for the church.
We started our own business, Integrity Designs and Embroidery in 1996, started retail stores inside Bass Pro Shops and currently have 8 retail embroidery shops, 6 inside Bass Pro Shops, 2 store fronts in various cities.
We moved to Ozark, MO, just south of Springfield in 2004. We built a building to house our business on our property.
Son Peter married in 2006 to longtime girlfriend Calee and resides in Springfield, MO. He has been working as a manager in our Springfield store, and has currently started Police Academy.
Daughter Michelle lives at home and works in our business at our Branson store.
My parents still live in the same house I grew up in in Shawnee, KS.
