Today's Featured Biography
Jenna McCoy
Hi everyone. It's been fun reading the bios here. I'm going to attempt to keep mine brief. After HS, I received my BA in English from K-State (1989). Since then I've moved to: Atlanta, GA (1990); Huntington Beach, CA (1991); San Francisco, CA (1992); Duluth, MN (1996); Kansas City, MO (1997); Pomona, CA (1997); Oakland, CA (2000); Sacramento, CA (2005); and finally South San Francisco, (2006). It's official, I am a gypsy! But California is home.
I earned my Master's in Pastoral Studies from Azusa Pacific University, Haggard School of Theology. Yes, just call me Pastor Jenna now. ;) I specialized in Youth Ministry, and worked with the at-risk youth population in Pomona.
I am currently the Human Resources and Safety Manager for a beer distributor in SSF. Quite funny since I've never aquired the taste for beer...
I'm still single with no children and very happy with my life. My little sister has 2 boys, so I get to spoil my nephews, and then give them back to her. LOL. My family is pretty much within an hour and a half from me, so that's very convenient. The only exception is my brother who lives in Kona Hawaii. We hate him! Just kidding. It's great to have family there...free room and board on vacations!
Ok, this isn't short, but I've been busy, but then again, who hasn't. It was great to see so many people at the reunion! I hope we can get it together again for a 25th.
If you're ever in Northern California, give me a call. I love doing the tourist thing with people who've never been here, and even those who have.
