I am currently working in the healthcare software industry, on clinical applications to support the reform of the healthcare industry.
After graduation, I went to WSU, graduated with a communications degree, and headed to NYC to conquer the world of advertising. After 8 years there, I came back to the Seattle area to work for Microsoft for another 8 years. After all those years of business, I wanted to do something totally different, so I went to nursing school.
After spending the past 8 years in nursing (the last 4 as the ED director), I left hosptial-world to pursue both of my passions - technology and healthcare.
I am lucky enough to live with my family in Green Lake here in Seattle. I married my husband Alastair in August 2004 (why I missed our first reunion), and we now have two children--Oliver born in 2005, and Lily born in July 2008.
Can't wait to see all of you at this year's reunion - although I really can't quite swallow that it's our 30th!!
