Johanna Valentine Baxter
After leaving high school, I attended Olympic College for a bit...leaving due to lack of interest, and also because of no direction as the major I had chosen had somehow disintergrated into nothing.
My friends and I decided to start publishing our own newspaper, which did see a brief glimmer of what we considered success (Adele Ferguson, political writer for the Sun read it!) but it too dwindled away.
I met and married my husband John, and we moved all over the country (San Diego, Norfolk and now Natalia) due to his obligations to the United States Navy. I have two children now, Andrew and Amanda.
I currently work for QVC San Antonio, taking phone calls from shoppers who are in need of customer service, information on the products we sell, or just wanting to place an order. Honestly, I would like to be able to go back to school and pursue my first dream of being a writer, and may be working on getting that going soon.
