Today's Featured Biography
Scott Gordon
After Graduating from BHS, I attended the University of Washington where I earned my BA degree in Economics.
I met my wife Kerrie while at school and we were married in August of 1989.
On the advice of a friend of mine, I applied for a job at this small computer company in Redmond. I started on the phones in tech support. Today, I lead a team of people tasked with planning future release of our Office product line. While the Developers finish up Office 2007, we are starting to work on Office 2009.
Kerrie and I have 6 wonderful children. 6 kids is …well … a lot of fun and a lot of work. However, my grand design is diversifying my retirement. We have a budding artist/actor in Arielle (14) Josh (12), the athlete, Sam (6) the comedian, Sarina (9) the doctor, and Ben (4) the CEO. We are still waiting to see what little Gracie (1) will wish to be when she grows up. With 6 diversified kids, one of them is bound to hit it big and thus be able to take care of ole mom and dad. :-)
When Kerrie isn't busy running a household of 6 kids, she also owns and operates a Swim School in Seattle. Frustrated with our local school district, she also started a home school cooperative that the older kids attend. (we couldn't afford private school for everyone so she decided to start her own)
Life is pretty busy at the Gordon home. But, we wouldn't have it any other way.
