It seems like life has rushed by at the blink of an eye! I can still remember all the fresh faces of my peers at SYVHS. It was a wonderful time in my life. After high school I attended Cal. Lutheran in Thousand Oaks but was restless and wanted to explore the world. I married a Danish man and lived in New York and Denmark for a time eventually returning to California where my two daughters were born. I was a stay at home mom for a few years but in my thirties I began a fashion and modeling carreer that lasted approximately ten years.
In 1986 my family and I moved to Corona Del Mar,Ca.where I have enjoyed a satisfying carreer as a Realtor for the past twenty two years. I was divorced last year and currently live in Laguna Beach. I have two wonderful daughters, 6 grandchildren and a true love in my life..Never give up ladies, as the song goes.."Love is lovelier the second time around" no matter your age.
Update April 29, 2018.. Jeff Shannon who was my high school sweetheart and who also grew up in the valley and returned after medical school to practice medicine in the valley for 32 yeats were married Dec. 2016. We reconnected after 51 years. We alternate between Lahuna Beach and Santa Ynez and life could not be better.
