Today's Featured Biography
Janine Menard Fitzpatrick
Well, our one year anniversary back in the states has almost arrived, and yet I still find myself sorting through boxes-ugh!!! It has been wonderful being closer to loved ones, and the kids have done well adjusting to their new home. My second child, Stephanie, just graduated from high school(where has the time gone?) and she will be joining her sister at the University of Rhode Island in the fall. Mike and I are actually talking about the "R" word, (retirement) and I'm not quite sure what I'll do when I don't have to pack and move again in 4 years. Life has generally been good for us; how I wish it is so for each of you. This year has been marked with loss of loved ones due to war injuries, and health struggles for loved ones. It makes me mindful of time, life, and rembering what really matters, what's most important. Be well, take care of yourself, please, and for all those who can no longer, please take a moment to celebrate each and every precious moment.
