Well I worked a few different jobs after graduation until I was activated and sent to Saudi for Desert Storm in 1990 less than 6 months after starting to see my now wife Kari. I decided when I got back it was finally time to go back to school, so I got my associates degree and my real estate brokers license. Kari & I married in 1993. If any of you remember Alan Hilgendorf that went to St Als, he is Kari's brother
I decided I didn't really like working nights and weekends and I just really didn't like the cut-throat sales, so, I had been working part-time as the head skate-guard at Fast Forward in Madison (I guess I didn't get enough rollerskating in at Skateland), and I took over as their accountant and assistant rink manager. After getting activated again though a little over a year later in 1996 and sent to Germany for 4 months, I decided that it was time to grow up and get a real job. So I went to work at the UW Medical Foundation as an accountant, and have been there since. I went back to school in 1998 and got my Bachelors in Accounting and then this past year got the itch again so I started on my MBA At Edgewood.
We have 2 daughters, Nicole (10) who is our tomboy who earned our her blackbelt in karate last year and Elizabeth (6) who is our princess and would rather dance, besides everything else they are into. Kari works for UW Hospital (17 yrs now), does most of the running around for the girls, and tries to keep me in line.
I am still in the reserves after 24 years and I am currently working in the Emergency Preparedness Liaison Office for WI. And, since I felt I needed more to do, I am the Secretary/Treasurer for the Sauk-Prairie Masonic Lodge and a member of the VFW and American Legion. So, with the little time I have I try to get out and run (starting to get harder to keep the weight off) and get out on my goldwing.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
