Wow 20 years--where has the time gone!?
After graduation I went to MATC and earned a diploma as an account clerk. I worked at Mcfarlanes briefly before I married (1988) Tom--a quiet farm boy from Plain that I met during through 4-H.
We started a family right away--I stayed at home with the Kids until they went to school-then I went with them! I took a job with River Valley Schools-as a teachers Assistant (Plain Elementary for 6 years,RV Middle school for 2, next year RV High school.)
We live on the Meixelsperger family farm just south of Plain. We have three great Kids. Kyle is the quiet one, like his Dad--at 15 he just got his permit-I'm not sure I am ready for this! Jake is 13, and has way too much Sorg in him. He has always been a handful--I guess my Mom wished I would have a Kid just like me--but a boy?! Then there is Jenna, almost 11 and a real sweatheart. After two boys and the diagnosis of MS the good Lord gave me a break, A GIRL!
The Kids keep me busy, football, wrestling, swim team, and 4-H. etc... we all help on the farm when needed. Thank God the boys are big enough to help--So I don't have to.
