Hello Greenies, I am updating my profile.
After high school, I received my AA degree from Edison Community College. Enjoyed College life in Gainesville and received my BA in Education at UF. I married in 1981, and began my family in 87. I had 2 sons. When my boys were young, I opened a modeling studio called Ridgewood Modeling School where I taught fashion modeling.I continued teaching elementary school for 35 years. The last 32 at LaBelle Elementary in LaBelle, FL, where I was elected Teacher of the Year. When I retired, my grown bachelor sons remained in Fl and my husband and I moved to Blairsville,GA. I have become very active in Blairsville. I am the President of Beta Epsilon chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, (a women Educators’s honor society.) I am also a member of the Community Action Team for FERST Readers. I manage their Facebook and Instagram pages. I am a mentor to a middle school student, and work full time at a consignment furniture store where I enjoy decorating, managing their Facebook page, and selling my personalized crafts. I just celebrated my 40th wedding anniversary. Life is good in the mountains!
