Rick Phillips
My first two children were born to my first wife Rose Toppi (maiden name) from the class of 1972, my middle daughter was born to my second wife, Lauri from Tacoma, and my two youngest were adopted from the Ukraine by me and my current wife, Michaela Plurien (maiden name) from England.
I retired early from PSNS in 1997, married Michaela, who was an Army Officer stationed in Germany. Since then I've only been back to Bremerton to visit occasionally. We've lived in Germany, Brooklyn, Atlanta, and now in Troy, NY.
