Today's Featured Biography
Michele White Adamski
Worked 10 years after graduation in retail (specialty childrens' clothing). In 1984 had my first child, Casey, my 2nd child, Cody, in 1986 and was a stay at home mom for the next 10 years. Was involved with their school and sports realizing that working for the school district would get me back in the work force, but also give me the summers, holidays and weekends to still be there for the kids. Sixteen years later, I'm at a school that we as teenagers never thought we would go back to! And to top that off I was the cook and now am the kitchen manager. But, I love my job and what is really fun is to see my classmates kids come through the lines!
Richard and I have been married 34 years this last November! He retired from the beer and wine business 6 years ago and is now working for Stirrett/Johnson-mechanical contractors, so is really busy, but loving it.
Casey graduated from UW in June of '07 with his degree in mechanical engineering,working in the shipyard, bought his first house, and was married in July 2010. And Cody works in the shipyard as an insulator and has been there for the last four years.
