Gail Workinger
Class Treasurer, 2; Girls’ Glee Club, 3, 4; Class Play, 4; Mixed Chorus, 4; Operetta, 1, 3, 4; York County Field Meet, 3.
Is it a tornado or a hurricane that best expressed Gail? At any rat, she does have plenty of “pep” and even her name suggests expresses inself frequently in her hearty laughter and merry singing, for Gail has a lovely soprano voice.
Always popular with the boys, Gail likes to tell the other girls about her experiences. Every Monday morning we hear plenty about: “Chet,” “Larry,” “Lute,” and “Bob.” At times she repeats the entire episode thus creating in all of us a happy spirit to begin the week.
Gail possesses a warm smile that shows her hearty welcome to you at all times. She believes there is a time and place for all things and we are sure that whatever she undertakes will be a success, because of the spirit in which she works.
